Welcome to the Lindy Passport program!

We are very pleased to introduce to you as a resident of a Lindy community the Lindy Passport. The Lindy Passport program is designed to enhance your Lindy Lifestyle. Our mission is your continual pleasure with your home and hopefully your long-term residency and goodwill.

  • The opportunity to have custom accent wall painted in your apartment home upon move in at no cost to you. Accent colors may be chosen from a selection displayed in the rental office.
  • Resident satisfaction guarantee upon move in. Within the first 30 days if the resident is dissatisfied for any reason they may break their lease, move out and be responsible for only the time they resided in the apartment. (Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of these communities this option is not offered at The York House, YoNo Apartments or Academia Suites)
  • The ability to transfer to any Lindy community. without penalty or fee, after the first year of the lease agreement. Appropriate notice will still be required.
  • During the first year of the lease, permission will be granted to transfer to any Lindy community, with appropriate notice given, for a nominal fee.
  • If your present employer transfers you to another location more thirty miles from your current place of business, you are entitled to terminate the lease without penalty after giving 60 days notice from the end of the month.
  • As a resident of a Lindy community you will have the opportunity to receive referral payments starting at $100 for any person that you refer that moves into a Lindy community.

LINDY GOLD KEY:

Lindy Gold Key

Residents who have lived at a Lindy Community for ten years or longer qualify for the Lindy Gold Key and also enjoy the following privileges:

  • Use the facilities and amenities of any other Lindy Community for a modest fee. This fee is waived for residents who have resided at a Lindy Community for twenty years or longer, and they may use any Lindy facility free of charge.
  • The ability to transfer to any Lindy Community with only thirty days notice.
  • The ability to move into a larger or a smaller apartment at your home community, as your needs change, without penalty and with thirty days notice.
  • Upon renewal, rental rates for long term residents will always be capped at a designated discount below the market rate for the apartment home.
  • Complimentary refurbishment of kitchen or bathroom after 20 years residency.
  • Community rooms and banqueting facilities at any Lindy Community may be engaged for events at a discount of at least 25% below the market rent for the space.
