You can make payments for free from any checking or savings account. You can make a one-time payment each month or choose to setup an Auto Pay. An Auto Pay will allow you to setup an payment to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account. You setup the how often and for either a set amount or for your full balance (for residents who pay utilities).Receipts will be e-mailed to you automatically.
Making Payments by Phone
Don’t Have a Computer? No Problem! Use RentPayment's Phone Service Make a One Time Payment by credit card, debit card, or e-check using phone service. A small convenience fee ($9.95) applies to these phone transactions. Call to setup an automatic monthly payment through your bank account for free. Please call 1-866-289-5977. Customer service representatives are available Monday-Friday 8:00 am till 10:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from Noon till 8:00 pm.
