With only 30 days notice!

Transfer to any Lindy Community Without Penalty/Transfer Fee

After the initial lease term of 12 months or more, with appropriate notice.

Transfer into a larger or smaller apartment

Transfer to another apartment within your community without penalty (requires 30 days’ notice).
