 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. So far, so good. I've been here a year now and overall am pleased. If ever there is an issue they resolve it quickly. Other things have more to do with the hazards of living in a shared space and I suppose are to be expected. I would recommend this complex if asked.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been in this property for almost two years. Not many issues. It is comfortable outside of the normal sounds of living near the blvd. The staff is professional and very timely. A few minor hiccups in the beginning but they work fast at getting things done and making sure that you are comfortable. The neighborhood outside of being near a minor road is clean and quiet. They also do a great job of maintaining the property overall.

I have nothing to complain about living here at 7400 Roosevelt Apartments, where my apartment is located it is very quiet my neighbors are nice, the staff keeps the building clean and the grounds around the apartment building clean and nice as well . When I do run into a problem the team that works in the office are awesome.Simquetta,carlos and nancy are so helpful  they're always there to answer any questions and help us out in any kind of way and are very nice.Cant forget the maintenance teams they always come into the apartments and are very nice and  respectful of your things and property.
