I have been living  here at Joshua house for almost a year and I can honestly say It has been a great experience  the compound is well maintained. the building is very clean n  I don't have any pest of any kind thats a plus. Maintenence is great the few times I had a issue it was taken care of in a timely manner the office staff is great no problem there  they reach out and keep you inform of any upcoming issues or repairs . I would definitely recommend anyone who need a place to live and feel comfortable and at peace, this is the place last but not least I would like to give a big shout out to Emily she is the best very patient and caring and would help you out to the best of her ability thanks again Emily for all you do
