I moved into Sedgwick Gardens in March of 2024. I have really enjoyed my time here. The apartment is very nice and spacious, larger than I expected. The complex is lovely and well maintained. Everyone that I have met has been very friendly and I have had no issues or complaints. The neighborhood is beautiful and I enjoy walking around. It’s overall quiet and peaceful. Overall a fantastic experience living here and I would definitely recommend to a friend. Maintenance is quick to respond as well. I have been a tenant at Sedgwick Gardens going on nine years and I absolutely love it here!!! During my time here I have not had any huge issues and the small things that I have come across have been resolved in a quick and thorough manner. After I submitted a request for a stove repair, in just a couple of hours I got a call from a Lindy Properties repair man saying he would be there in 20 min. I was thrilled. He arrived and quickly fixed the problem. We discussed how to prevent the problem and how I can fix it it my stove has the same problem again. This was a 5 star response and repair.

Oh, how I do love my apartment-living in this little community! From the curved arch doorways to the ample sunlight and fresh air from screened windows, the building has a feel of home within for me. Steps away from a neighborhood bookstore, fiber arts store, dry cleaner,  vintage shop, children's toy and consignment shop, coffee shop and community co-operative corner stores, bus routes, and train...the skies are blue here, the folks friendly, and the fun of center city a short ride away!

Clean, spacious apartment with lots of light from corner windows.  Grounds are well kept and mgt is responsive.  Laundry in basement is clean and convenient.  Can’t beat the location, 5 min walk to Mt. Airy Village and Carpenter’s Woods.  Plenty of on street parking and 10 min walk to train. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming.
