Your lifestyle will be supported by an excellent maintenance and support team. All personnel pass rigorous pre-employment standards.  Feel confident when a Maintenance Technician comes into your home.

Personnel complete a minimum of 40 hours of initial training and subsequent training thereafter.  With many years of experience, the team is committed to your satisfaction and comfort.

Many team members live on-site or nearby,  enabling speedy  emergency responses.  This is not just a job, they are part of your community.

Quick and Efficient Service

The team is highly resident focused.   The call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Work orders can be  easily entered any time in the Resident Portal 24/7; we aspire to complete service calls within 24 hours**.

Lindy Team members wear protective equipment. Work orders are  followed up with a survey, so the team can immediately address any outstanding concerns and continue to improve.
