Consider new quartz countertops, plank flooring, lush carpeting, custom ceramic tiling, and refinished Natural Hardwood. Include Upgraded Kitchens cabinets, appliances and bathrooms or three custom color paints, one for the walls, one for the base cove, window sills, doors, and a third for the ceilings. Select an accent wall color for your fourth color. Standard often includes upgraded Faucets, LED lighting, wired shelving, mirrored sliding doors, newer windows and window treatments.
