Too loud to live here my friend lives in a bottom unit and her upstairs neighbors are young people in M203 they constantly stomp, and bang over her head every night,she made several complaints.the young people here are very disrespectful

450 is a great place to call home. The staff is incredibly friendly and very responsive. I must say they go above and beyond to make apartment living feel like a home. The property is very clean, welcoming and I even have a place for my garden and dog park for my little doggie!! Thank you 450!!! Shout out to the Maintenance Supervisor Chima!! Tenant was caught vandalizing, urinating and spraying pesticide, in the hallway. Issue was reported and the Maintenance Team acted quick to resolve the issue. Cleaning, replacing the carpets and getting them removed from the property. One of the many reasons that make living here safe and friendly.
