I have nothing but positive feedback regarding my experience with Bromley House Apartments. Back in May of this year I needed to locate a seasonal apartment for a period of 6 months. I reached out to the staff at Bromley House and within only a few days I was basically signing a lease. The whole process was fast and efficient. Dawn took me on an in-person tour and walked me though are the leasing steps with no stress. The apartment itself was amazing . . . a very spacious layout with plenty of closet space. One week after moving in I found an entire walk-in closet that I didn't even realize I had. I thought it was just a standard utility closet. LOL. My apartment was a 2-bedroom 2 bathroom layout. One of the major pluses was that the main entrance to my building was extremely accessible with a wide entry way and entry ramp (no steps) that allowed me to transport my belongings easily into my unit. I always had a place to park my vehicle day or night and the surrounding community was very inviting. My fellow neighbors were also very engaging and polite whenever I would see them. I have lived in 3 of the 4 major apartment complexes located on Wissahickon Avenue in the East Falls section of Philadelphia. I would rate Bromley House the #1 spot on that list when it comes to affordability vs space. I would definitely recommend Bromley to anyone looking for a very nice and affordable apartment that is strategically convenient to public transportation and major highways and managed by a great team. Hello Emily, so far everything is beautiful. The Maintence man, stopped by yesterday and stopped my toilet from running, fixed my closet doors, and the shower so the water would be a little warmer. The Maintence, man name was David. James, was another one that helped me. These two guys were so well mannered and respectful. I could tell they were happy and appreciated the fact that they a job. They did their very best to fix any issues that needed to be address in my apartment. The maintenance, Supervior Jamaine was also nice, when I ran into him in the hall, and shared I needed a part for closet doors. Emily, the women in the office Felicia, Cianni, and Dawn are very sweet spirited. They addressed all my questions and concerns, as I seemed to settled down in my new apartment. I have only lived in the Bromley House for a few months, and so far I am well pleased with everything. No worries. The parking lot, is great and safe. The gym, and laundry room are great. The hallways, smell so nice with soothing music in the lobby when enter through the main door. The hallway, is so clean, you could probably eat off the floors. So far, searching for a place to live. I am happy that God lead me to enquire about renting an apartment here. At my age, I only hope and pray, that this will be a place, that I can come home to and for a very long time.
